Christine Donaldson Psychotherapy
A Practice, Not a Test

Try on an archetype.
See what it awakens.

Drawn from the work of Carl Jung and Caroline Myss, archetypes are universal patterns of the psyche — energies each of us carries, though rarely all at once. This exercise is an invitation to choose one, sit with its questions, and consciously embody it for a day or a week. Notice what stirs. Notice what resists.

A note: the "feminine" and "masculine" groupings below are archetypal energies, not identities. Any archetype belongs to anyone. Feel free to view them all.

Archetypes are not costumes. They are patterns already alive in you — waiting to be recognized, offered attention, and put to conscious use.

This exercise is offered for reflection and is not a substitute for therapy.
