Where is your office?

655 Redwood Highway, Suite 339

Mill Valley, CA 94941

My office is located in the Shelter Bay office complex on Redwood Highway Frontage Road. Take the Seminary Drive exit off Highway 101 and turn right.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. I see clients in person in Mill Valley and via secure video throughout California. Many clients do a mix — in person when it works, telehealth when it doesn't.

What will our first session be like?

Our first session is a chance to meet and get a real feel for one another. We'll talk about what's bringing you in now and what you're hoping might be different. You'll get a sense of me and how I work, and we'll decide together whether continuing feels right.

There's no pressure to have it all figured out beforehand. Coming in a little uncertain is completely normal.

How do I make the most out of therapy?

Show up consistently — the work compounds.

Be as open and honest as you can, especially when it feels uncomfortable.

Try the things we discuss in between sessions.

Let me support you. You don't have to arrive already put together.

What are your fees?

$200 per 50-minute individual session.

$280 per 50-minute couples session.

I accept ACH bank transfer, Apple Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Do you offer Superbills for insurance reimbursement?

If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide a Superbill after each session that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of each session and I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or ACH bank transfer. Your payment method will need to be collected via the payment system before we begin meeting.

What is your cancellation policy?

I ask for 48 hours' notice for cancellations, as it's difficult to fill the time on shorter notice. Sessions canceled with less notice are charged at the regular rate.

What modalities do you use?

My approach is integrative and depth-oriented. I draw on psychodynamic, relational, cognitive behavioral (CBT), and dialectical behavior (DBT) therapies, alongside mindfulness and somatic work. The frame follows you — not the other way around.

Who do you work with?

Young adults, adults, and elders — individuals and couples. Much of my work is with high-achieving professionals navigating anxiety, burnout, functional depression, uncertainty, OCD, and the return to a more expressive, authentic self. LGBTQ+ allied.

What if I need to reach you between sessions?

If you don't reach me directly by phone or email, leave a message and I'll return it as soon as I can. If something can't wait until our next session, we can schedule an additional phone or in-person check-in.

This form is not for clinical emergencies. If you are in crisis, please call or text 988.

Do you receive text messages?

For scheduling or cancellations only. Text messaging is not a secure form of communication, so we keep clinical content to phone, secure video, or in person.

Are you a licensed therapist?

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Associate (#20063) in the state of California, practicing under the supervision of Laura Rose, LMFT (#83808). Associate licensure means I've completed my master's-level clinical training and am accruing supervised hours toward full independent licensure.
